ZapcoFast provides transportation, ride, auto, cab, courier and truck-related booking services through its connected customer, administration and rider network.

2. Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate name, mobile number, pickup, delivery, receiver and other booking information. Incorrect information may affect delivery, pricing or service availability.

3. Booking and Acceptance

A booking request is subject to service availability and acceptance through the ZapcoFast network. Estimated fares, ETAs and delivery times may vary based on distance, traffic, vehicle availability, package details and other operational conditions.

4. Prohibited or Restricted Items

Customers must not request transportation of illegal, hazardous, prohibited, restricted or otherwise unsafe items. ZapcoFast may refuse, suspend or cancel a booking where an item or request presents a legal, safety or operational concern.

5. Package and Delivery Responsibility

Customers should package goods appropriately and provide correct recipient details. Additional terms, limits or documentation requirements may apply to particular shipment categories.

6. Payments and Charges

Applicable charges are shown or calculated during booking. Taxes, tolls, entry charges, waiting charges or other applicable service charges may apply where stated. Third-party payment-provider terms may also apply.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity carried out through your authenticated account. Contact ZapcoFast promptly if you believe your account has been misused.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website, GPS, network, payment, map or rider availability. Service may be affected by weather, traffic, technical problems, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Cancellation

Cancellation eligibility and any applicable charges depend on the booking status and service type. Please review the applicable information during booking or contact support.

10. Changes

ZapcoFast may update services, pricing, features or these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on the website.
